This exercise starts bringing in dynamic movement of the body whilst maintaining a rigid neutral spine position. It is important that this stage is perfected before progressing to any form of functional training.
Prior to starting this exercise ensure you have perfected the Clam, Dead-Bug, Bird-Dog & Supine Bridge (with lifting one leg).
